Work is shipped within 10 days of purchase, if not sooner. If you need a faster turn around time please leave a note in your purchase or send me an email.

Work is usually shipped with USPS. I prioritize reusing material when packing.

If you are interested in picking up directly in philadelphia, please use code "PICKUP" at checkout and email me to schedule.

In case of damages, please let me know right away with photographs of the box & contents.

The work is all food safe unless otherwise noted on the individual product page. My pottery, while dishwasher safe always prefers a hand wash to ensure a more gentle washing.
